Mezyan Real Estate Development offers “a treasure” to clients with its Remal North Coast project in Ras El-Hekma, Invest-Gate reports, quoting the company.
The 63,000 sqm resort features chalets with full sea views, the closest located 200 meters from the water.
“The project is considered a unique opportunity, which is not available in any other project in the North Coast,” Mezyan says in a statement.
Remal North Coast is located 208 kilometres from Alexandria on Egypt’s northern coast, with access to roads, services and tourist destinations.
The site offers a “clear blue sea and soft sandy beach,” as well as privacy, Mezyan announces.
The EGP 300 mn project includes 300 units ranging from 65 to 300 sqm, including chalets, duplexes, twin homes and villas.
Engineering consultant Sigma Engineering Works is working on the resort. Units will be delivered furnished within three years.
A hotel management company will operate the resort to “maintain the value and level of quality within Remal,” Mezyan promises.
Facilities will include gardens, pools, gyms, restaurants, a hypermarket and a medical centre. The company aims to provide “cohesive services within Remal project in order to maintain an integrated and distinctive life within the resort.”
Mezyan plans to develop more projects on Egypt’s north coast, in Ain Sokhna and Marsa Alam. The company intends to launch “a package of unique and flagship projects in more than one region,” according to a statement.
